Requirements for Debit Cards at Non-airport Locations

Debit cards are accepted at non airport locations at the time of rental under the following conditions;

The name and the address shown on the renter’s drivers license must match their current home address.

The address should be within 50 miles of the renting branch or the same renters driver’s license is from the state where the rental branch is located.

The renter has to present a utility bill with no past due balance or disconnect notice.

Renters must also present one of the following items:

  • Cellular phone bill.
  • Paycheck or paystub.
  • Original declaration page from an active auto insurance policy.  

This documents should be original and dated within 30 days and each must present the current home address of the renter.

Military personnel who are active on duty are not required to provide address requirements.

At some instances, you will be asked to provide details for two individuals who know who you are and where you live.

The name imprinted on the debit card supplied by Renter and the signature on the rental contract must match the signature on the back of the debit card used by Renter.

If Renter made the rental reservation online, the name on the debit card supplied by Renter must match the name booked for the online transaction and the identity presented.

Typically, customers have their refund within 20 business days.

Additionally, Renter is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.

Debit or check cards can be used at the end of the rental for payment of the charges.
